The tech Ryan did a great job of showing me several colors of grout till we selected the right one. At the end he explained about cleaning the floor with PH neutral soap-less cleaner. He took his time and it looks great.

We recently had Sir Grout do a partial regrouting to our shower. The day after having that done, a crack appeared in one of the tiles. I called them and they came out the next day and spent 4-1/2 hours fixing and replacing several tiles that had a potential of cracking in the future. They did a great job, and were VERY customer oriented! Love that! Would definitely use them again.
We do. Had them clean and color seal our floor tile and grout last month. They did a good job but a few small areas of grout are pitting. One call to Chris and they have Ryan scheduled to touch up those areas. Very nice work crew and very responsive. They'll be coming back to color seal the grout and clean/seal the granite tiles on our countertops too.
