This is our second experience with Sir Grout Tucson. We have about 500 ft of travertine flooring and 2 showers, entirely stone. 5 stars does not do justice to the technician, Isaiah. He worked from 8 am to 5:30 pm with diligence, exquisite attention to detail, cheerful and charming, patient with his customers and parted with a summary of maintenance tips. We chose Sir Grout for our granite countertops based on reviews. We had an abrasion spot where the finish was gone on one counter and a slight crack. The abrasion process took several sandings and feathering to get it back to where it should be, and the crack was filled. Then the counters were cleaned and sealed and grout was re-applied.
