Crew (Rudy, Isaiah, and Oscar) showed up on time, advised us what would be done and in what order and proceeded to regrout over 1800 sq ft in less than 7 hours. They moved all the furniture, did meticulous work, and then put everything back where it was. They instructed us on care for the floors and grout. This is our second experience with Sir Grout Tucson. We have about 500 ft of travertine flooring and 2 showers, entirely stone. 5 stars does not do justice to the technician, Isaiah. He worked from 8 am to 5:30 pm with diligence, exquisite attention to detail, cheerful and charming, patient with his customers and parted with a summary of maintenance tips.
