Ryan Ward of Sir Grout in Tucson was extremely professional and personable in providing the estimate for the work we requested, and very accommodating with our requests. Rudy and Victor did the actual tile cleaning and grout color sealing, granite countertop polishing and sealing, caulking needed in kitchen and bathrooms, (backsplashes, shower) as well as the fireplace area. Job also included fixing hollow tiles on covered patio that produced an excellent result.

The initial prep to mask and protect surrounding surfaces, cabinetry, appliances, carpeted areas, etc. was extremely well done. Furniture moving and setting back in place as necessary was done carefully and thoughtfully, with the highest regard for customer satisfaction upon completion. This team was phenomenal, with Rudy taking the lead and coordinating all aspects of the total job.

This review is written by my wife who was here (in my absence) to witness all the work being done. She was beyond thrilled about the finished results and the professionalism, skill, and outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction demonstrated by Rudy and Victor.

Sir Grout restored our terrazzo flooring throughout our home. Previously, it was covered with an ugly brown laminate that left horrible residue all over our floor. We did not want to have something that was cookie cutter or like everyone else, and we are so happy with the work that Sir Grout did!

They were professional, on time, communicative, and very pleasant! While I was out of the home one day, they noticed that it was going to rain on some furniture that we had set on our back porch, and they took it upon themselves to move it so it wouldn't get rained on! Stunning Travertine Restoration. My travertine floors and grout were dull, dingy, and showing damage where the joint filler was falling out.

We chose Sir Grout after Arthur provided a thorough and professional initial estimate. The entire team was exceptional! Rudy orchestrated the cleaning and restoration, including the careful moving and replacement of all my furniture. The results are absolutely stunning—the luster and original appearance are completely restored! Ryan performed the final walk-through to ensure everything was perfect.

My only regret is not calling them sooner. Thank you for getting my home holiday-ready! I will certainly be calling Sir Grout on a regular basis to clean and reseal the stone to maintain this beautiful appearance.
