I recently bought a house in Tucson with tile floors. The grout was black! It was supposed to be a tan color and I could not get it clean. I did my research and decided to go with Sir Grout. The owner, Bob came out to give me the estimate and spent time answering my questions and telling me exactly what to expect. They were booked with jobs until Aug. This was June. I received a call in July telling me they had a cancelation and wanted to know if I wanted to take that slot.
Juan arrived exactly at the promised time. He was so friendly and polite. He also explained what he would be doing and answered any questions I had. Juan also spent time putting sample colors of the grout sealant on so I could decide which color I liked the best. He took his time, making sure I was happy with my choice.
When he finished the floors, they looked brand new! He told me exactly how to keep them clean and explained the 1-year guarantee. I was so happy with the way the floors looked. It was a great experience from start to finish. I would recommend Sir Grout.

Sir Grout just finished redoing our master shower today and it turned out beautiful (looks like new). Almost 20 years of use had left mold-looking areas on the grout which would not come clean no matter how hard you scrubbed. Sir Grout's workmen deep cleaned and re-grouted those areas and cleaned the entire shower walls and applied a Microguard coating on the surface to prevent future growth of mold or mildew. I highly recommend Sir Grout if you are in need of having your shower refinished as opposed to completely tearing it out and starting over.
A very professional, detail-oriented work team: Ryan, Juan and Rudy! They moved furniture carefully, began the job of cleaning/restoring our nearly-white ceramic tile, applied a waterproof grout in a new (darker) color and were fastidious about cleaning up after themselves. Juan actually followed me through the house near completion of the job to fix any areas I pointed out! VERY IMPRESSIVE! Couldn't be happier! Researched multiple companies to clean my tile and reseal my kitchen granite. They were the only company that took time to come out and look at the job, explain the entire process, answer questions, and give me a price. The two gentlemen that did our house were very timely, hardworking, answered questions, and went above and beyond to be sure the job was done correctly and that we were happy with the job. It took two days due to size of our house, but they went out of their way to give us space when we were at home with them. Our home now looks just like it did when we first built it and moved in to beautiful tile and shiny granite. Thank you Sir Grout!! Will be seeing you again!!
I have a bathroom with travertine, and the shower had been neglected. Sir Grout/Ryan did a great job, I'm really happy with the results. Ryan made sure he communicated with me every step of the way, and he did a great job cleaning up when the job was done.
