We recently had Sir Grout do a partial regrouting to our shower. The day after having that done, a crack appeared in one of the tiles. I called them and they came out the next day and spent 4-1/2 hours fixing and replacing several tiles that had a potential of cracking in the future. They did a great job, and were VERY customer oriented! Love that! Would definitely use them again.
We do. Had them clean and color seal our floor tile and grout last month. They did a good job but a few small areas of grout are pitting. One call to Chris and they have Ryan scheduled to touch up those areas. Very nice work crew and very responsive. They'll be coming back to color seal the grout and clean/seal the granite tiles on our countertops too.

This last week I had Sir Grout Tucson come for an annual cleaning and touch up of my group seal/color treatment. They did an amazing job! My floors and grout look brand new. The grout color is consistent again! They are definitely on my calendar for a repeat annual clean.

Chris and Ryan took care of our grout problems, and my wife and I could not be more pleased with the results.
Our grout in our new showers had hair line cracks. Sir Grout removed the grout at the seams and replaced it with their special grout. Everyone was professional and the job was done timely and neatly.
We had Sir Grout replace grout between granite counter tops and tile back splashes and also clean, repair and reseal grout in a walk-in shower. Chris and Ryan did great work. What I found outstanding is that, after the work was completed and I had a couple of concerns, Chris responded immediately. He assured me that if I had a concern, he also had a concern.
