We recently had our shower tile cleaned, grout colored, and everything sealed by Sir Grout and I would echo the other positive reviews. Ryan made the first visit and gave an estimate. Rudy and the gang arrived exactly on schedule, then Ryan came back and checked the work. He found some areas that could have been done better, so the crew returned. Finally, Ryan came back and applied the sealant. Our dingy shower now looks good as new. The whole operation, from estimate, to work, to office follow-up was quite professional. Strongly recommend.

Had our tile floors cleaned and sealed by Sir Grout and we couldn't be more happy with how they turned out. They look brand new. Rudy and Isaiah are a great team. They are very personable and detailed. It's great to see such young and hard workers. They finished our house in about 6 hours. They move any furniture and make it very easy on the homeowner. We had a great experience with Sir Grout Tucson and strongly recommend them. We had our home's travertine floor repaired and refinished. The floor was more than 20 years old and was somewhat worn, with a fair amount of scratches. Sir Grout's salesperson never tried to "upsell" us and carefully laid out the various options for us. We had one square of the floor redone (for free) to let us know exactly what the finished product would look like.

We are happy with a matte look with a modest shine that saved us money because it was less labor intensive. The entire process took about four days, but was well worth it. Our floor looks new. We had a three-person crew each day. Everyone was professional and meticulous, carefully moving furniture as necessary. Overall, this was a great experience for us as customers and we were very pleased.

All I can say is WOW. I had old, dirty, grimy tile floors and now they look brand new. So impressed with Sir Grout and would highly recommend it to anyone who has tile floors that need a makeover. You won't be disappointed!!
