We are extremely pleased with our experience with Sir Grout Tucson! They cleaned the entire floor tile in our home, re-stained the existing grout, and sealed the floor with a specialized commercial sealer called Micro Guard Protective Coating, which they are exclusively licensed to use in Arizona. This coating actually binds to the surface and lasts a lifetime on the tile.
Our main contact and company owner, Ryan, along with the rest of the crew — Isaac, Elijah, Isaiah, and Mario — did an outstanding job. My husband and I were so impressed by their timeliness, strong work ethic, positive demeanor, and genuine concern for making sure we were satisfied with the final result. These young men were incredibly hard workers from the moment they walked through the door.
We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product and highly recommend
Sir Grout Tucson to anyone looking for top-notch service.
Two years ago, the owner of Sir Grout Tucson, Ryan, came to our house with a bid. We liked him so much that we wanted to get our tiles cleaned right away. We didn't have the money, so we saved the bid until now.
A few weeks ago, we got an updated bid for cleaning, sealing, and renewing our ceramic tiles and grout throughout the whole house, along with fully cleaning, sealing, and renewing the tile and grout in the master shower. Arthur, the sales rep, was fantastic. His bid was very competitive, and we went with Sir Grout.
Yesterday Isaac and George came to our home, and after a full day's work, the floors and shower look like new. They were professional in every way. Treated our home like it was their own. We will definitely use them again to clean our tile and showers annually.
Isaac is a skilled technician and works thoroughly and efficiently.
Sir Grout tech, Isaiah, was a fantastic stone specialist who restored our vanity countertops to a near-new finish. He carried himself professionally, was conscientious about taking care of our personal property, and displayed pride in the work he accomplished on our project. I highly recommend Isaiah and Sir Grout Tucson for your stone repairs and restoration services.
