The communication with Arthur was fantastic! He thoroughly explained the entire process and responded quickly to estimate and scheduling adjustments. Isaiah and George did a terrific job with regrouting and resealing our showers and cleaning our granite countertop. Their communication, attention to detail and cleanup was amazing! I really appreciated the barriers they put up in the kitchen to minimize dust and particles as well as the covers they put on the carpet. They also went above and beyond with cleaning a mirror, drain and removing hard water spots from the shower glass. I look forward to using Sir Grout in the future and recommend them to anyone!

Isaiah Portillo did an amazing job cleaning our shower several months ago! When the fountain in our courtyard lost its beauty due to a heavy build up of hard water calcium, we had Isaiah back to clean it. Isaiah is polite, hard working, and communicates well by both returning phone calls and text messages. He cleaned our fountain and sealed the tile and although tile cleaning is expensive, he showed up on time and was done in three hours. He made the fountain look brand new again! Spectacular job Isaiah!
