Two years ago, the owner of Sir Grout Tucson, Ryan, came to our house with a bid. We liked him so much that we wanted to get our tiles cleaned right away. We didn't have the money, so we saved the bid until now.
A few weeks ago, we got an updated bid for cleaning, sealing, and renewing our ceramic tiles and grout throughout the whole house, along with fully cleaning, sealing, and renewing the tile and grout in the master shower. Arthur, the sales rep, was fantastic. His bid was very competitive, and we went with Sir Grout.
Yesterday Isaac and George came to our home, and after a full day's work, the floors and shower look like new. They were professional in every way. Treated our home like it was their own. We will definitely use them again to clean our tile and showers annually.
Isaac is a skilled technician and works thoroughly and efficiently.
Sir Grout tech, Isaiah, was a fantastic stone specialist who restored our vanity countertops to a near-new finish. He carried himself professionally, was conscientious about taking care of our personal property, and displayed pride in the work he accomplished on our project. I highly recommend Isaiah and Sir Grout Tucson for your stone repairs and restoration services.
Sir Grout Tucson did an amazing job coloring, sealing the grout, and micro-guarding the tile floor in our entire house. The team- Isaiah, Mario, and Ryan, plus one other member were very professional and accommodating to our requests in the process. The floor looks great!
Isaiah, Isaac, and Mario did an excellent job! Thanks for doing the extra grout cleaning!
Isaiah, Issac, and Elijah did a great job for us. We highly recommend Sir Grout for tile cleaning and grout sealing. It was a pleasure working with this company.
I tend not to write reviews unless I was very impressed or really disappointed with a service, and with Sir Grout, I was certainly impressed.
Arthur, provided a quality and reasonable-cost proposal and Isaiah, Isaac and Akin, who cleaned and sealed my tile floors and "restored" my shower, were on-time, professional, polite, competent, good communicators, thorough, worked steadily throughout the day, and often went a bit beyond what I expected to ensure an excellent job was done.
I certainly recommend Sir Grout if you need tile cleaning and/or shower restoration.
It was a great experience! First contact was Arthur who was very informative and easy to work with. Meeting Ryan the owner was a good experience. We chose to go on vacation while the project ws being done. What a way to come home and see our beautiful floors. They looked way better then when the were first installed!!
