I have "new" tile floors thanks to Sir Grout! Isaiah came out today and did a beautiful job professionally deep cleaning floor tiles and grout. He then applied a beautiful new sealant color to every grout line. He repaired any grout that needed it, and all my tile floors (kitchen, halls, and 3 baths) look brand new! All this with a 1-year guarantee and option for another great cleaning in 1 year. Love it! Fantastic job!
Ryan and Sir Grout have been a great experience for us. He found out our needs, quoted us, set an appointment, and sent his team out to fix our floors and make them new again. We are pleased with the results! He started with 35-year-old Carrara marble tiles and what was once white grout. He cleaned, polished and redid the grout to a medium gray. Our floor looks better than new. We will also be participating in their annual maintenance program to keep our floors looking this way.
Ryan came out to do the estimate, he was professional and provided a reasonable quote for services. Rudy with Sir Grout did an amazing job on our tile cleaning and sealing. He did the majority of our tile, and he completed the work in 2 hours less than originally stated. I would highly recommend Sir Grout.

Sir Grout earned 5 stars because of the professionalism of the owner Ryan, the friendliness of the crew, the very reasonable pricing (lower than I expected), and most of all for the results. There is a night and day difference between how our floors looked before and how they look now. Similarly, they did a great job with our shower. It is clear that Ryan takes pride in his work and makes sure that his crew works to his standard. If there are any issues along the way, Ryan will address them.
We needed an update to "clean up" the work done 4 years ago! Ryan, who now has the franchise, came over to give us an estimate, and today, his techs Isaiah and Kerwin arrived and did a fantastic job in renewing the grout in our main shower — making it look brand new — and touching up some grout lines in the rest of the house. Just wanted to give this review about Sir Grout. I live out-of-state, so I put my trust into them. They did excellent work on my mother's kitchen and bathroom. I ended up scheduling another house call for my grandfather's back porch which is all tile, it came out amazing even with all the years of Arizona sun hitting it every morning. I look forward to sharing my experience with other family members in Tucson, AZ.
