Ryan responded quickly to review the areas to be cleaned, provided a competitive quote and had us on the schedule in a timely manner. Rudy was there promptly on the day of service, and although he was unexpectedly alone, he was professional, pleasant and did a remarkable job! Our floors look great thanks to his thorough and hard work. We are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to use Sir Grout again.
We have a 4-year-old tile floor which was hard to get clean, for it seems like the dirt was permanent in high traffic areas. We tried several companies to clean and all of them stated we had an issue with our floors. Ryan from Sir Grout was one of the vendors, and it turns out that our builder did not seal our floors, therefore the black underneath the grout was surfacing, and the dirt was getting adhered.
They cleaned and put a seal on our floor, it looks like new. The workers were exceptional and very informative when we asked questions. Very happy with their professionalism and ability to bring the floors back to original condition. Yes, it was higher than what we were hoping for, but after seeing all of their work going into the floors, it was easy to see it was labor-intensive.
