We had Iasiah with Sir Grout to our house yesterday. What a huge difference that made to our tile to have clean grout! Who knew our brown grout would turn out a lovely Haystack color (beige) to match the tile. It's beautiful. He did a fantastic job, very detail oriented and thorough. The owner reviewed our concerns, gave us a fair quote with a one year warranty and honored a coupon discount. He then scheduled the work to be accomplished with a two man crew to clean our ceramic tile flooring and color seal grout lines. Although Rudy was at our house promptly on the day of service, he was unexpectedly alone. Rudy was professional, pleasant and did a remarkable job!
Our ceramic tile flooring with Tarragon grout color seal looks great thanks to his thorough and conscientious hard work. We are very happy with the results and will use Sir Grout again. Next year, I am assuming that Rudy and another technician will come back to do our annual tile and grout Maintenance Cleaning.
Also, I realize now that I need specific written maintenance instructions about how often, when, and under what conditions should I use ZEP Neutral PH Floor Cleaner to clean and maintain our newly color seal grout and ceramic tile flooring.
I was totally surprised when I got home after Rudy and his colleague repaired the ageing grout and cleaned and sealed the tile in my home. Their work made my floors look absolutely sparkling and brand new. I have had others attempt this work but not with these spectacular results. I give them 10 stars!
