We got amazing service and results from Ryan and his crew Oscar and Isaiah of Sir Grout Tucson! After another contractor backed out at the last minute, Ryan worked us in to his schedule within a week. We got far better value from his skilled and highly committed crew. They scrubbed away 11 years of built up grime from 4 kids and pets on our tile and resealed all our grout.

They used serious buffing machines and wet vacs, whereas other contractors wanted to barely "scrub" with a soft sponge and a spray bottle. The restored tiles looked as new as a few replacement tiles that we'd jut had installed (by others) the week before. Don't bother asking any other contractor in Tucson to restore your tile and grout. Ryan's team's methods and quality plus value are all that's needed! Thanks so much!

We had Iasiah with Sir Grout to our house yesterday. What a huge difference that made to our tile to have clean grout! Who knew our brown grout would turn out a lovely Haystack color (beige) to match the tile. It's beautiful. He did a fantastic job, very detail oriented and thorough. The owner reviewed our concerns, gave us a fair quote with a one year warranty and honored a coupon discount. He then scheduled the work to be accomplished with a two man crew to clean our ceramic tile flooring and color seal grout lines. Although Rudy was at our house promptly on the day of service, he was unexpectedly alone. Rudy was professional, pleasant and did a remarkable job!

Our ceramic tile flooring with Tarragon grout color seal looks great thanks to his thorough and conscientious hard work. We are very happy with the results and will use Sir Grout again. Next year, I am assuming that Rudy and another technician will come back to do our annual tile and grout Maintenance Cleaning.

Also, I realize now that I need specific written maintenance instructions about how often, when, and under what conditions should I use ZEP Neutral PH Floor Cleaner to clean and maintain our newly color seal grout and ceramic tile flooring.

I was totally surprised when I got home after Rudy and his colleague repaired the ageing grout and cleaned and sealed the tile in my home. Their work made my floors look absolutely sparkling and brand new. I have had others attempt this work but not with these spectacular results. I give them 10 stars!

The owner, Ryan, gave us an estimate without delay. Then, he set up the crew (Isaiah, Oscar and Rudy). Within a week, the job was done perfectly. The crew was friendly and professional. I even think my dog, Charlie got a wash-down from it! Our home builder never got around to do the tile and grout sealing, but Sir Grout certainly did. I had the tile grout cleaned and resealed. The first try we had some concerns but Ryan was wonderful with a timely response. Rudy and Oscar came in and took care of it. Very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. 5 stars by customers, very well deserved. Will use their services in the future.
