Chris and Ryan took care of our grout problems, and my wife and I could not be more pleased with the results.
Our grout in our new showers had hair line cracks. Sir Grout removed the grout at the seams and replaced it with their special grout. Everyone was professional and the job was done timely and neatly.
We had Sir Grout replace grout between granite counter tops and tile back splashes and also clean, repair and reseal grout in a walk-in shower. Chris and Ryan did great work. What I found outstanding is that, after the work was completed and I had a couple of concerns, Chris responded immediately. He assured me that if I had a concern, he also had a concern. He made it clear that he would gladly address any concerns to my satisfaction. Chris stands by his work. The results were excellent. I highly recommend Sir Grout Tucson.

Chris and Ryan showed up on time as scheduled and both worked all day and did an excellent job. Ryan started on floors while Chris took care of showers. They did both showers and approx 600 sf of floor tile. Both very personable people and took time to explain what they were doing. Upon completion, they walked entire project with us to be sure everything was satisfactory. The next day my wife noticed a couple things of concern and contacted Chris. He had Ryan there the next day to take care of those items. All is good and looks great. We would certainly recommend them.
Ryan is an amazingly professional worker. Our 10 year old bungalow had white tiles that were now ruined by cheap floor products that ruined the surface. Grout was black. Ryan started at 8am and cleaned till 5 while we golfed. He called when he was done. We were pleased with the detail. Grout against baseboards look perfect. Thank you for your hard work. We are completely satisfied.
