I recently had Sir Grout redo my travertine floor in my kitchen, bath and laundry room. Ryan did an outstanding job. After a few days I noticed a small area which I thought needed a little touch up. I contacted Bob, I think he's the owner, and he immediately got on it. Eli came to our house after he finished another job, so it was night time, and he worked on that small area which made the difference. Two days later Eli called to ask if I was happy with what he had done and asked if I wanted him to come up again. This is a wonderful company with very professional workers. I would highly recommend Sir Grout without reservation.
Our house is 20 years old, although we have lived here 3 years. Our tile floor which covers half the home needed repair to grout lines, a deep clean, and resealing. Sir Grout made our floors new again and it was a pleasure working with all their associates.

Scheduling sends multiple texts. Grout experience was amazing. Took time to clean and gave us tips on cleaning the tile. Gave us a wide array of color selection and voila.. our tile looks uniform and brand new!

My travertine was horrible looking. Ryan, Juan and Rudy completely stripped, cleaned, and polished it and it has never looked better! It looks new again, worth every penny. The guys were prompt, professional and did an amazing job. I'm now proud of the floors I thought couldn't be fixed. Sir Grout is highly recommended!
I can't say how impressed I am with Juan and Ryan and the whole Sir Grout process. Ryan came to give us a free estimate and discuss the process. We could not get an appointment for almost a month but it was well worth the wait.
Our floors are 14 years old but they now look exactly like they did when we built the house. The grout looks clean and gives the house a new, clean look.

I recently bought a house in Tucson with tile floors. The grout was black! It was supposed to be a tan color and I could not get it clean. I did my research and decided to go with Sir Grout. The owner, Bob came out to give me the estimate and spent time answering my questions and telling me exactly what to expect. They were booked with jobs until Aug. This was June. I received a call in July telling me they had a cancelation and wanted to know if I wanted to take that slot.
Juan arrived exactly at the promised time. He was so friendly and polite. He also explained what he would be doing and answered any questions I had. Juan also spent time putting sample colors of the grout sealant on so I could decide which color I liked the best. He took his time, making sure I was happy with my choice.
When he finished the floors, they looked brand new! He told me exactly how to keep them clean and explained the 1-year guarantee. I was so happy with the way the floors looked. It was a great experience from start to finish. I would recommend Sir Grout.
