I recently had Sir Grout redo my travertine floor in my kitchen, bath and laundry room. Ryan did an outstanding job. After a few days I noticed a small area which I thought needed a little touch up. I contacted Bob, I think he's the owner, and he immediately got on it. Eli came to our house after he finished another job, so it was night time, and he worked on that small area which made the difference. Two days later Eli called to ask if I was happy with what he had done and asked if I wanted him to come up again. This is a wonderful company with very professional workers.
