Sir Grout is truly one of the best service providers we have dealt with. It had been about 5 years since our grout was cleaned, way overdue. Ryan came out to measure the house, clearly explained everything they would do, and the estimate was free! On the scheduled day the team arrived a few minutes early, completed a walkthrough with us, and then got to work. They were fast, professional and very respectful of our space. They moved all the heavy furniture out & back, and even worked with us to adjust area rugs and tables just so. Most importantly, the results are fantastic. The floors look better than when we moved in. I would not hesitate to recommend Sir Grout for any job, large or small. And I love that they will come back to do maintenance (high traffic areas) once a year for a small charge.
Today Rudy, Chris and Isaiah from Sir Grout came to clean our tile floors and grout. The result is amazing, truly looks wonderful. The guys worked fast and efficiently, kept us appraised of their progress, and moved all the furniture out and back exactly as we wanted. Ryan came by to complete the inspection.
