Sir Grout did a great job cleaning the tile as well as staining and sealing the grout. Our job was assigned to Rudy and he arrived in time and kept us informed of what and how he would perform our job. There were no surprises and Rudy did a beautiful job restoring the tile on our master bathroom floor, double vanity countertop and bathtub platform surround and walk in shower. We will ask specifically request him when we schedule our next tile job.

Sir Grout has put together a great team. I just had the grout colorized to blend with the wood look porcelain tile in my 2400 sq ft house. Every room and closet was tiled. I also had the master bath shower and bathroom floor colorized and treated with a Microguard product. I was a little anxious about the logistics of moving all my furniture around while I was in the house. Not a problem for these professionals. They work as a well coordinated team, fast, efficient and thorough. And all so pleasant. They made it look easy. And everything was put back in place perfectly. Thank you, thank you for an outstanding job. I am delighted with the new look.

This week we had Sir Grout cleaning and sealing our travertine floors, travertine bathroom countertops and travertine showers. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the estimate visit to completion, the entire crew worked with pristine efficiency and workmanship. The technicians provided us with continual updates and gave us education and tips regarding the travertine stone, which we very much needed. Isaiah and Rudy led the team of 4 for 2 full days and patiently tolerated our dogs and slightly chaotic household. These young men not only were skilled at their job but displayed great work ethics. Last but not least, Ryan, who provided the estimate and worked with us on cost as well as managed the crew, was on site each day to oversee the job. Pretty remarkable results. Light color travertine throughout the house that looked just okay when we moved in a few years ago. The grout was black in high foot-traffic places. The tile had embedded dirt and was dull looking. After Ryan, Elias, Isaiah, Rudy, and Mario completed 3 days of cleaning, buffing, color sealing, and polishing, our floors look brand new. So much better than expected. High praise for these gentlemen, the process, and the results.
